School-Wide Community Meeting on Tuesday, 9/23

Redwood PTA hosted the first school-wide meeting of the year (virtually) on the evening of Tuesday, September 21. Agenda items included the appointment of new exec board officers, check ratification for the 20-21 school year, and budget approval for the 21-22 school year. We also overviewed PTA-sponsored programs and clubs.

We are still waiting for updated guidance on in-person student meetings after school.  We expect updated guidance in September and perhaps again in November.

The summer has flown by and it is time to go back to school!

Here are some back-to-school activities:

(Dates and times updated on Monday, August 2nd, based on new information from the office.) 

Friday 8/6  6th Grade and New-To-District Orientation

    10am - Noon  6th Grade Picture Day During Orientation

Tuesday 8/10 

    9:00am-12:00pm 6th & 7th Grade Schedule and Textbook Pickup, PE Uniform distribution,

                               7th Grade Picture Day

    Tentative 6:30pm New Parent Orientation Panel online

Wednesday 8/11

    1:00-4:00pm 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Schedule and Textbook Pickup, PE Uniform distribution

                        8th Grade Picture Day

Thursday 8/12  FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!

     6th graders attend in the morning, 7th and 8th graders attend in the afternoon.  More details to follow from the school.

Friday 8/13    First full day of school for all RMS students

Saturday 8/14

Tentative local park meetup for RMS families, more details to follow
