Redwood Middle School has its own Drama Club!  All students are welcome to join us on Mondays after school until 5:00, starting September 8th.  Room location at Redwood is the Flex Room.

RMS Drama Club and the International Thespian Society (ITS)

 

  • The RMS Drama Club is a Junior ITS Troupe (See here.)
  • This allows RMS Drama Club to participate in festivals and workshops (see for example the California Junior Thespian Festival http://cetoweb.org/cst/junior-thespian-festival/ ) Our target right now is to plan to participate in 2025 
  • The Saratoga High School Drama Club is structured as an International Thespian Society (ITS) Troupe. Part of our goal is to provide a pathway (and interaction) from the RMS Drama Club directly to the SHS Drama Club.

 

RMS Drama Club Officers

 

We elect 6th, 7th, and 8th grade representatives during our September meetings. We elect the remaining  officers from the current year's 6th and 7th graders during an April meeting.  Interested students should be ready to give a 1 minute speech to their fellow students about their commitment to the responsibilities of the office, and we will be holding elections during the meeting.
