Order Completion Requirements: Your order is only considered complete once both payment is received and this form is fully submitted. Submitting the form alone does not guarantee your sign will be ordered.
Payment Information
- Payments can be made online or via check.
- Check payments must be received by April 10, 2026, or your order will be canceled.
- If paying offline, make checks payable to RMS PTA and include:
- "Yard Sign"
- Student’s Name & Family Name
- Order Number
- Drop the check in the PTA box located in the RMS Office.
- All purchases are final—no cancellations or refunds will be issued once an order is placed.
Pick-Up Details
Your yard sign will be available for SCHOOL PICKUP at Redwood Middle School (front office area) on Tuesday, April 28th, between 3:00 - 4:00 PM.
